On the 6th of October MEDEL and the Judges’ Association of Serbia jointly organised with OSCE and Open Society Foundations a conference on “Evaluation of Judges’ Work”. The many issues and challenges related to the assessment of judicial performance were discussed and analysed in a comparative perspective against the backdrop of European standards.
