Filipe Marques, President of MEDEL, will today be addressing the “Working group on the place of values at the heart of the sense of belonging to the European Union” of COSAC – Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union (http://www.cosac.eu/about/), stressing the full respect of Rule of Law and of the independence of the Judiciary as cornerstones of the entire EU project.
