MEDEL was represented by its President Mariarosaria Guglielmi at the side-event organized during the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) (Strasbourg, 24 -28 June 2024).
The event focused on systemic non-implementation of ECtHR judgments as a threat to democracy and Rule of Law in Europe, and the implications of Turkish government’s failure to implement ECtHR judgments ruling on the persistent and repeated violations of the European Convention on Human Rights.
