Judicial Independence in Poland: Evaluating the Impact of the EU Court of Justice Judgment about the Muzzle Law – Archiwum Osiatyńskiego

The Wiktor Osiatyński Archive and OKO.press cordially invite you to an online debate on the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding the disciplinary system for judges in Poland, including the muzzle law (case reference C-204/21).

The CJEU will announce its ruling on Monday, June 5th. It will mark 3 years, 5 months, and 16 days since the adoption of the muzzle law, as well as 3 years, 3 months, and 22 days since its entry into force.
