On 28 February 2025, MEDEL and its German member associations held the international conference on “The European minimum wage directive” and “Far right populism and its effects on Justice”.
The conference provided a forum to present experiences of democratic and rule of law backsliding, to analyze lessons learned and to discuss the challenges and threats of populism to the independence of the judiciary.
