Mariarosaria Guglielmi, President of Medel, participated in the meeting organized in Lecco on November 14, 2025, as part of the “Legality Project 2025” promoted by the National Association of Magistrates and other organizations. The event aimed to engage citizens in an open discussion on the erosion of the rule of law and the crisis of democracies.
Mariarosaria Guglielmi spoke about the attack on the independence of judicial systems in Europe and globally, highlighting how the constitutional reform of the judiciary in Italy, also in light of Medel’s experience, opens a new front in the defense of the rule of law in Europe.
