The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Ms Marija Pejčinović Burić, has replied to the letter sent by the Platform for an Independent Judiciary in Turkey (MEDEL, EAJ, AEAJ and J4J) on October 17th, regarding the situation of the Rule of Law in Turkey.
