MEDEL took part at Lund University, in Sweden, in the workshop “Procedures for Protecting the Rule of Law”.
Filipe Marques addressed the workshop on the lawsuit initiated by MEDEL, EAJ, AEAJ and Judges for Judges before the European Court of Justice against the EU Council (Case T-530/22).
