European magistrates and their associations stand by the Associazione Nazionale Magistrati and all Italian judges and prosecutors who, in the face of attacks on their right/duty to speak out in defence of judicial independence undermined by the constitutional reform, are keeping their commitment to the values of the Constitution and the Rule of law.
